The Even Blonder Henriette

Well it seems that everyday I come home and see my wife is even blonder! Turns out blondes do have more fun so she kicked it up another notch... Here are a few new ones to show you. Of course she looks amazing ..... as always. On Sunday we will celebrate out 12 year anniversary. She is a good sport as we are spending it at a bagpipe competition. However to redeem myself, I am taking her to Vegas on Wed. to see The Killers (her new fav group) and then off to Phoenix for a few days. We will be meeting my cousins from Canada in Vegas so it should be a blast.

Allison and Greg

Yesterday I shot headshots of Allison and Greg. Who would have thought that he knew how to flat iron hair! (Inside Joke.) Got some great shots so here are a few that I liked. As well they got some great couple shots at the end of t he session. I always like to do that if I am shooting a couples headshots on the same day! So you get a bonus when you shoot with me. Allison wanted to go for more fun, quirkier shots (ala Resses Witherspoon) and I think she did a smashing job at giving me lots to work with. Greg looks pretty awesome as the "cop" I have shot Allison before and she is actually on my site now (with short hair) So I look forward to putting these new ones up when I update my site. My wife Henriette did the makeup as a last minute fill in. I believe I took 800 shots between the two of them so they have their work cut out for them..... But my motto is , too many to choose is better than not enough...

Wigs!

Here is a great example of how one person can look completely different with the use of a wig. Today I shot Baadja and she had 5 different wigs. It was fun shooting all of those looks and it makes her really versitile for auditions. Women are lucky that they have that option. Wouldnt really work for the guys unless you want the "rug look!!!" So actresses, consider some wigs to change the look up once in a while....

Colin Armstrong CD Cover shoot

The pipe Major of my band (yes I play the bagpipes) is a finallist in the American Idol songwriter competition. He will know on Tuesday if his song "In your Eyes" wins. Lydia and Art

Here are some shots of Lydia and Arts beautiful wedding. They were married in Pasadena and then had their reception in Palos Verdes. There was a very cool fog coming off the ocean, which made for some very nice lighting. They are off to Tahiti (I am jealous) for their Honeymoon. Thanks for making both Henriette and I a part of your amazing day.

Cool Shoot

Today I shot Philip. He is currently in the LA Company of Wicked. He is the 3rd actor I have shot from the show in the past 2 weeks. I love it when your name gets passed around! Henriette and I are going to see it in June. We got some great shots.

New Camera!

Well, my camera finally died so I went out and bought a new camera. I love it! I am retiring my old trust Fuji S2's. I have 2 of them, so I may use them as back ups on weddings. Here are a few shots from my last few shoots on the new camera. Nikon D200 is the make and it is amazing. I was going to move to Canon, but I had all o f the Nikon lenses already and was very impressed with the quality and price of the Nikon.

Clement and Macy Engagement shoot

Clement and Macy got the coveted 7/7/07 wedding! We had fun shooting at USC.. Here are a few to see...
